Shipping & Returns
Shipping times are all estimated and not guaranteed. Most items are ready to ship, but processing and handling may take up to 3-5 business days. All standard orders will ship USPS and receive free shipping. Standard delivery time is 7-10 days.
If you are in need of your item sooner, we do offer expedited shipping (yay!) Expedited orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx with a 3-5 day delivery time. Expedited shipping is an additional $9.95 on all orders under $150. Orders over $150 will receive free expedited shipping.
Amborella offers a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or offer gift cards.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your final return amount. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get your desired product is to return the current item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at email@example.com to start your exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund.
